MakanSG - A Guide to Sustainable Restaurants

MakanSG is our collaborative effort with three other non-profits; PMHaze, Plastic-Lite Singapore and ZerowasteSG.

The guide addresses five key areas of sustainable restaurants: using food ingredients that have a low environmental footprint, sourcing palm-based cooking oil sustainably, reducing and managing waste effectively, reducing and eliminating the use of disposable plastics, and conserving energy.
